Your reception is very special and unique, so Philip will always discretely ensure that all the functions you have agreed upon are met including guidance of the table line up, order and responsibility of speech makers,
Including any or all of the following:
- Receive your guests
- Receive and escort the happy couple on arrival at the function venue.
- Organise the receiving line and make the necessary announcements.
- Announce the entrance of the happy couple and escort them to their seats
- Say Grace before the meal
- Announce and organise the cutting of the cake
- Announce any formal speeches and toasts
- Announce the ceremony of The Quiche
- Close the formal proceedings and escort the happy couple from the function
- Prepare for any subsequent festivities and make any necessary announcements
- Be available throughout to deal with any problems or emergences.
